The powers to be may want to update the webpage.
It shows last years ZtoA tour, yet when you click on it takes you to this years tour. Just a thought.

you need to hit your refresh button.....your computer is using a stored image. Or clear your browsing history.

I'm pretty sure you do.. There's very little info on the paypal form..
I just paid and am mailing off the letter today. Saves Mike from the hassle of checks and I didn't have my checkbook handy at work anyway..

Yeah, Paypal payment not a perfect process - you still need to either snail mail or email your entry form to the Rally Master. I should probably add a check box to the form to allow people to indicate how they paid/are paying. The Paypal payments go directly to the Club's bank account and a notice goes to the Treasurer. The Treasurer lets the Rally Master know who has paid with Paypal. The forms go directly to the Rally Master or Assistant-Rally Master.
A lot of people have saving the PDF to a file, filling the PDF out, saving it again, and then emailing it to the Rally Masters. You can also print, complete, scan and email. If anyone wants fax it, email me for my work fax number and I will scan/forward it on to the Rally Master. Saves postage. One reason for the form for the club is that we get the signed waiver at the bottom of the registration. Everyone has to sign waivers three times for each road rally's.... which is sad but today's reality.
Someone asked me yesterday about paying club dues. That Paypal button is here: http://www.glmc.org/application.php. I don't think you need to send a form in there if your a renewing member, unless you are paying $20 to get a new t-shirt. I don't know much about the t-shirts, I have bought mine at rally's from Bob or Luni.

Yes you have to as Frump has mentioned, need the form signed for liability purposes.
