Rowan has a bike now. She really wants to do the GT on it but I told her that she will probably have to practice with photo tag until she gets something street legal.

Electric?

RE: Photo Tag game? - Lapchik - 03-22-2021 02:31 PM

Yep, 650 watt. Battery lasted about 2.5 hours on high mode with a moderate throttle hand. Website says about an hour on high mode, two on low mode. Goes about 15-17mph maxed out [with me or her on it!]

It sure looks like fun.

Where do you get something like that? I have a 6 yo grandson.

Right now I think they are only at Indian dealerships. Okoboji Indian would be closest to you. Might be able to order online too: https://www.indianmotorcycle.com/en-us/eftr-jr/

So far only the geese are out on the ice. I tried to stand on Lake Reno to be creative with the parameters of the tag......good thing I brought extra shoes.

There was one lake with one bay that was in the shade, with enough shallow areas to stop the wind from breaking up the ice. Monson State Park.

Crazy. Did you just put on the helmet or did you ride thereBig Grin ?

RE: Photo Tag game? - Lapchik - 03-30-2021 03:05 PM

The bike is straight to the right of my visor. It was 81° yesterday!

Next tag....a Grand Tour location!

Nice camouflage. Should be a nice weekend to ride.

My first GT location was a whopping 100' from the garage door. If anyone does the dual sport ride this August, there are three locations on the route.

What's next?

RE: Photo Tag game? - LSGiant - 04-03-2021 05:28 PM

How about your bike at a dealership or you with the salesperson inside.

This thread is as quiet as the Central USA tags on ADV rider. NOBODY got parts in person or bought a new bike/window shopped since April?

RE: Photo Tag game? - Lapchik - 02-04-2022 06:39 PM

Hey, some of you I see taking vacations in the tropics or riding around in the southern USA....maybe Downunder has riding season going on at the moment?

I'm the cause the Central USA tag has not moved because I posted the last pic on August 15th. Little did I know that snow starts flying in Saum, MN on August 16th and snow covers the roads until middle of June.

To refresh: tag is your bike at a dealership.

RE: Photo Tag game? - DownUnder - 04-30-2022 08:19 PM

The Tag description did not mention if the Dealership had to match my bike or not, so here is a photo of my bike at my friendly Ford Dealership.

By the way, it seems that it is no longer possible to put a direct link to a photo in a Google Photo Album. I have tried a number of "work arounds" most of which don't work with the base code of this forum software. The only workaround that does work, which I am happy to share if anyone is interested, restricts the image size to what you see here.
