As the post/pic was posted by a MODERATOR,,, I (an out of state member), assumed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it to be correct and current.
Perhaps we should have the/a MODERATOR of the TAG GAME post
an explanation of rules, that there should NOT be any archived posted
as just because there is a past-event flag does not indicate the pic is OLD. I have, in the past posted SAMPLE PIC's to detail the general content of the TAG requested,,,,,,,
I can only apologize to this "list" for awarding SHOOTED the win. I did so on face value.

It's all good Dale.. I kinda gathered by Shooter's mention of "Better get some bikes running and get to the movie theater!!!!" that he wasn't claiming it as a proper photo.. And in the end, it's all about good fun, anyway.
Truthfully, the only one you have to keep an eye on around here is the texnmidwest.. Figure that anything he puts up is a crock of crap.. Utter crap.. Complete crap..
And I have to put up with him all next weekend at the Wisconsin Guzzi Rally.. Not sure what I did to deserve this.. I think I'll make him buy breakfast.
(I'd make him buy me beer all weekend, but the beer's included in the rally fee)Bring on the things on a stick!!!

Well, Blah, Blah, Blah....
And last year at the Rally I made sure to give you a lot of space to visit with your other good firends with out a shadow. I made sure to block out the obnoxious BMW riders so you could hang with the cool kids.
Well, this year I may not be riding my fire breathing Suzuki. I may be on a "Pardon me....do you have any Grey Poupon?" Honda SilverWing.
And, for your information....I will gladly buy you breakfast. I enjoy your friendship that much.

I'm sure HIPPA doesn't apply because Jack is not a employee or agent of the caregiver and also he did not included any private information about his subject or even his exact location.
Technically you can not use a person's image or likeness without their permission for commercial gain, that is why photographers often ask subjects sign a release form. That rule don't apply to the press and to news. Technically this forum is a public news exchange and there is no real commercial gain to be had, so post away. Don't forget to use a little common sense.
