RE: 2018 Grand Tour Questions - scottheinrich - 02-01-2019 12:14 PM Team Strange hosts a grand tour every year, and every year it has been more difficult to finish. This year's event is very east coast biased and a few locations in California. They have a closed list of bonuses that, if it were open, would be much easier and more fun. A set list eliminates the planning and creativity I enjoy about these rides. Being in Colorado and running two business, I don't think I will have the time go east or west to get a few bonuses. And they aren't doing shirts this year. I think I am going to have to skip it, breaking a ten year streak. I like the GLMC format, easily interpreted and thousands of possible locations. RE: 2018 Grand Tour Questions - xander84 - 02-02-2019 11:59 AM For everyone that completed the 2018 Grand Tour, I finally got the shirts and will be mailing them out next week. There will be shirts for the 2019 Grand Tour as well. RE: 2018 Grand Tour Questions - scottheinrich - 02-02-2019 02:19 PM Hooray! On both accounts. 2019 looks like fun. Anything goes, as long as it is within city limits. I will update the rule page, thanks for noting this. |
