Just an update to what is happening in my neck of the woods.
On Oct 1 I officially retired. Around Oct 7 Sharon and I accepted an offer on our house in moorhead..
We already had purchased a house in Menagha MN so the move has been happening slowly for a few weeks now. The new house is located 5 min to 3 different lakes. So I could be on the water in 10 minutes.
The new place has no shop but lots of space to build one. With current prices and the weather I will most likely wait until spring to build one.
This means I have about a week left in my old shop before it gets shut down. The new house is a patio home which means NO STEPS.

Marlene, Frump & I had the pleasure of being with Dave & Sharon on his 1st week of retirement.
We were in Southern Missouri. One comment he made was...”Boy, these people sure do work hard on Saturday’s”!!! We said, “No Dave, it’s Wednesday”
Soon he’ll get used to retirement & realize there are 6 Saturday’s & one ‘paper day’ per week!
Congrats on retirement & the new patio home!
