Security Warning on GLMC.org - Frump - 03-05-2026 11:18 PM

The website is still secure, but the SSL certificate expired. I'm working on getting a new one certificate issued. If you accept that site as it is in your browser (click on "Proceed to http://www.glmc.org (unsafe)"), your browser communications with the website will still be encrypted and it is safe.

Sorry for the issues. I'm working on making it seemless again.

SSL Certificate is updated. Works fine with Edge or Firefox... Chrome should stop warning us soon.

Nerd Alert - I think the delay in getting the cert renewed was because our ssl cert provider was retooling their website to handle the new cert rules. As of March 15th, purchased ssl certs will only be good for 200 days. The cert we were issued today expires in 200 days (at the same price, no discount, go figure). I got a cert for someone else Wednesday and it was good for 365 days. Rather the going through this mess again, we'll try to have site moved to a new place where the security cert is automaticalled updated before then. If your bored or really concerned read this - https://www.digicert.com/blog/tls-certificate-lifetimes-will-officially-reduce-to-47-days Changes won't make the world safer except in appearance. Rant out.
