This was Scott's 2nd Rally his first Rally, the Buffalo Run, he arrived at Rally HQ with a flat tire. At the Harvest I received a phone call from him around 2:00 PM telling me he had a broken speedometer cable, his Rally was done. He made a line on his summary sheet and finished his route, knowing he would not gain any more points riding in the rain. Way to go Scott!!! RE: Harvest Rally Results - ST Rich - 10-06-2013 07:50 PM Thanks to Jayd, Becky, The Madsons, Jack and Marlene and Jean and the other volunteers! We had a great time! The food and the accommodations were top notch all the way. Friday night was the best! It was too funny listening to Don's call home Thanks Rich RE: Harvest Rally Results - Shooter - 10-06-2013 08:25 PM yea what Rich said. I'm just upset it was snowing in Minot and I couldn't take Don 2-UP and kick your guys asses......lol MINOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! RE: Harvest Rally Results - AlvinB - 10-06-2013 08:55 PM It was a great weekend! Ottertail Beach Resort was great, as always. The socializing was great. And the weather could have been worse. It really is too bad the weather wasn't a little nicer so Shooter and Don couldn't go to Minot like Dumb and Dumber. Jayd put together a challenging day for us! RE: Harvest Rally Results - Don Q - 10-07-2013 07:48 PM Thanks to everyone involved in making this happen. If noone noticed, I really needed this weekend. Thanks to Frump and Randy for getting me up Saturday morning and allowing me to ride with them.Wonder what the secret challenge will be next year! RE: Harvest Rally Results - LSGiant - 10-07-2013 08:01 PM Photos of the winners are here https://plus.google.com/u/0/106979707072499290946/posts RE: Harvest Rally Results - Cruzin - 10-09-2013 12:46 PM I would expect to see a mileage cap next year, I don't care if Jack disagrees. Or some other twist, remember were leaf peeping, not running a race. RE: Harvest Rally Results - LSGiant - 10-09-2013 07:05 PM Can we talk about car tires next RE: Harvest Rally Results - Cruzin - 10-09-2013 07:32 PM (10-09-2013 07:05 PM)LSGiant Wrote: Can we talk about car tires next OK :-) So is that what you're running on the Connie now ? I am still playing with this google thing you have them shared privately, I had to add you and you add me back to view them. Google keeps making life hard for me, and is even trying to take over my youtube channel. The machines are starting to assert their dominance over us . . .(play D.T. by AC/DC now) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgkvaKe1Wes RE: Harvest Rally Results - Shooter - 10-10-2013 05:55 AM Maximum Overdrive is one of my favorite movies!!!!!! the soundtrack is 100% AC/DC. Mr. Backer I tried to put your post back up but didn't have much luck Not to worry I won't be zapping anymore posts and if you guy's would like to run around at the events in triple digits I don't care about that either... RE: Harvest Rally Results - Cruzin - 10-11-2013 09:53 AM As I have told you before I'll show you the tracks from any rally I have done. I guarantee I was not running triple digits during the rally. I don't need to run like that to do good. RE: Harvest Rally Results - opt8low - 10-11-2013 11:24 AM Who the F*** cares! If it really is a issue as far as liability for the club then the club needs to stop running rallies! You can't control what someone does during a rally! Starting to sound like a previous forum we all posted on.... Take it up at the get together in Watertown....... I am sure the Casino will setup the boxing ring. :-) I know who cares what I have to say, but it is true. My 2 cents. Dana RE: Harvest Rally Results - Lapchik - 10-11-2013 11:46 AM |
