Earth ride - LSGiant - 03-18-2013 08:06 PM

I am going to spend some Saturday or Sunday riding from Blue Earth MN to Black Earth Wisconsin. Just to say I did it.

Who wants to come ?

I am willing to add stops as long as they fit the theme.

Looks like some decent back roads if you stay off I-90.

also plenty of grand tour towns in the area depending on how it's routed

Monday April 22, 2013 the weekend after the Poker Run...nobody who does the poker run and tries will feel like a long ride on Monday Wink

I'm guessing this would happen after May 25th...Me and Jeff have another Rally to finish before then Smile

Count me out. My friend wants to do a fishing tournament at Lake Oahe for his bachelor party weekend that week.

Nick is a below the knee amputee, and can out hike anybody in our group. We go hunting and fishing a lot, and this is what he wanted. He is having another bachelor party in Las Vegas 2 weeks before the wedding too for all his friends in Utah and some of us from Iowa.

We are going to have a fishing tournament at my dads resort that same weekend we had planned, we will be driving there friday day. I got a cabin/trailer rented for us at pike haven resort for 2 nights big enough for all of us. Friday night we will draw for teams over drinks and a meal. Saturday we will have our tournament. Half of us will be in my dads boat and half of us will be in another experienced guides boat. We may have a third boat depending on how many people come After we get done fishing we will be having a fish fry and drinks at my dads resort. My dad said we will be eating for free Smile feel free to tip as much as you want though. I figured if we split the cost between us all it would be around $150 - $200 round trip. Thats including everything: gas, our cabin fee, fishing fee, food and drinks, fishing licence ext. Let me know if you guys have any questions! Im stoked! Thanks guys!
