Bonzai Rally will be running 5 weeks from today
1. Hotel Reservations need to be made by 4-28-16, yes 4 short days away!
2. Rooms can be canceled up to 24 hours before arrival without any charges.
3. Check in will begin at 4:00 PM Saturday afternoon and end at 8:00 PM, in the Sky Harbor Room.
4. Chef Becky will be along, she will be preparing some subs and stuff in the Sky Harbor Room. In the check in room we CAN bring our own beverages
BYOB we will probably have some soft drinks and water available as well.5. Saturday night we will have a riders meeting at 8:00 PM, in the in the Sky Harbor Room. Rally packs may or may not be passed out at that time, see how good of a mood I am in by then. Crown seems to help
6. Sunday Morning Rally packets will for sure be handed out regardless of my mood
at 6:00 AM in the Greenery Room, Rally will begin at 8:00 AM. 7. The Days Inn has a pretty good breakfast buffet, which opens at 6:00 AM. So plan on eating there before the Rally.
8. Riders will need to get there odometers checked sometime between 6-8 AM. Brant will be in the parking lot taking down your info. You can't miss him!
9. Sunday night Rally officially ends at 6:00 PM. AT the Days Inn.
10. Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM. I'm hopping we can have scoring done by then as well.
Sunday Night Dinner:
Beef Bourguignon
Creamy Whipped Potatoes and Buttered New Potatoes
Baked Beans, I'm sure they won't come close to Shooters
Caesar Salad
If that isn't enough to get you signed up for the Bonzai come meet not 1, Butt 2 winners of the IBR. If your lucky you can get your picture taken or maybe even an autograph
