Bonzai Rally

It has been brought to my attention that the web site is lacking in information. I will share with you what I know and the rest will have to come from the rally master.
I will be at the Hudson house Saturday night and you will be able to register with me. (You may need to use your rally skills to find me) Registration will also be at 5:30 am to 6 am Sunday morning in the St Croix room. Coffee and snacks will be available Sunday morning during registration.
Around 6 am Rally Master Nels will give final bonus information.
Rally will start at 7am and end at 7 pm.
You will need to have your bike logged in before leaving.

DATE AND TIME OF PARTY Sun. May 24, 2015
ROOM St. Croix
MEAL ARRANGEMENTS: SERVING TIME 8:15pm
Roast Loin of Pork w/Mushroom Bordelaise Sauce
Mixed Green Salad with choice of Ranch or French Dressing
Mashed Potatoes with Gravy Vegetable Rolls, Butter and Beverage.
LIQUOR ARRANGEMENTS:6pm – Cash Bar, bar will stay open while dinner is being served and close by 12:45 a.m.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the banquet rooms from outside sources.

OTHER INFORMATION Sat. – we can gather in the bar around 5pm (this is optional and can depend on weather)
Sun. you will meet in the St. Croix room from 5:30 to­7am
There will be an area roped off in the parking lot Sat. night for your group parking

THE RALLY MASTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE MY INFORMATION.
