Here is the tentative schedule of events to prep for the Hare Scramble, dependent on weather, of course.

Whoever can attend, please come these days. You may want to call ahead to confirm. My number is 605-868-6441.

5/7 (Wednesday) 5:45 PM – Fence posts, general cleanup

5/10 (Saturday) 10:00 AM – course marking

5/17 (Saturday) 1:30 PM – final course marking check, setup snowfence, track prep

5/18 (Sunday) 7:30 – RACEDAY need signup and gate crew setup early

I still need some volunteers to help run the event and a cleanup crew.
