BBE update

At the fall banquet things were left undecided so I thought I would update things. My work has decided to keep me on my current project until the end which will be around Sept. So I will be at home until then. With that in mind I have acquired a start/end location and 2 check point locations already for the BBE.

The start/end location is at my brother in-laws farm by Paynesville MN.
He has lake front property on a small lake that he keeps maintained for camping and fishing. This area is large enough to fit about 12 motor homes and tents. He has a biffy on site at all times and will spray for bugs ahead of time. All that want to camp are welcome and I have no doubt he would offer a pontoon ride for those interested. Yes the lake has fish for any wanting to fish. This could be a great weekend for riders and there spouse/family. The beach area is clean for dunking fellow riders or swimming. (Maybe I shouldn't have said that)

This is how I have it planed: Riders fee will be $25.00.
All non riders that want to come and camp will have a $5.00 fee for the noon meal.

All people staying at the camp ground and all riders will fill out a disclaimer form, this to protect the GLMC and property owner.

My brother in-law has asked for nothing for the use of his property, on his behalf I would ask for a small free will donation to offset his expense for the biffy and spray for the bugs.

The BBE itself will be the same format as other years. Start time 11 am noon meal provided and rally ending around 5 pm.
I do not have a date set yet. I am looking at the first weekend in august.

More details to come as I have them. When all is worked out I will have ADMIN post this to the proper place.
