Road Rally Rules Changes

What part about the dead bike is unclear. If you are in a team of two riders on two separate bikes and one bike dies and you ride back two up you are arriving on a different bike and that rule applies.

I don't like rules that restrict anyone from wanting to ride a rally, wouldn't more team members make it more difficult?

There was not talk of a cap in the fall but we did it at the spring meeting when we decided we were going to give this a try. Many options were discussed and the number of 4 was agreed upon.
There are many rules in place that keep people from wanting to ride in a Rally.
