Back to the people.....we all tease and joke but really nobody cares if they win, lose, or are dumb enough to lose track of time for a shooting bonus.

It's all about the fun factor

Shooter, I think many of us care about winning (including you) that is part of the fun factor. The great thing about these people is they keep it in the right context. They understand that the people putting these events together are all volunteers and they are trying to create something that is fun and fair for all participants.
