When the GT restarts, will it be a new theme, rules, and season?

I've got a few on this one, are you saying I can submit them now or wait for the restart? I hope the scenic roads/outlooks will continue, this looked like a lot of fun this year, not to mention I have a cross country trip planned for later this spring that would have been rich with points.

The theme will stay the same.
We decided to continue the same tour through next year, not knowing when it will start up again.
The only thing that will change is the placards, to differentiate them from pre-postponement.
