I've suggested it before - "The Tour of Duty"
Veteran's of Foreign Wars, American Legions, and other Military related parks/monuments/museums. 1 point for the location, 1 bonus point for a piece of military equipment at that location (tanks, helicopters, artillery pieces, etc.) NO ACTIVE MILITARY INSTALLATIONS - Taking photos outside a military base will allow you to quickly meet Military Police! However, there are lots of museums on military bases that you can request access to, and most are open to the general public if they go through the process of requesting a visitor pass.
