I am a bit confused on the electronic upload.

Instructions read
"Photo Naming and Submissions
● Submissions must be emailed or uploaded no later than 11:59:59 PM CT September 30th, 2024.
● All photos must be submitted digitally to one of the following:
○ email attachments to; glmc2024gt@gmail.com
○ Google drive and similar cloud hostng services. Send a link to;
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...wD6Tody0fn
● A list of locations will be required this year. Include the name of each photo, what the town is in; city first,
state/province second, your rally number last. "

I have my pictures in FLICKR. Am I suppose to upload all the pictures to "Google Drive: in the link above" or a link from my Flickr account to the Google Drive above ?

The listing file that is to be included can it be an excel spreadsheet ?
