Last batch of photos sent in shows that it is a tight race for first place between Charles Snyder and Ken Citterman.

I'm curious as to how you want our final spreadsheets/lists to be formatted.

Should it be by the days the rides took place, or by the days that the photos were submitted, or with the photos listed in the order they were taken, or with all the submitted pics listed in alphabetical order, or bits and pieces of the themes listed?

Anything else you want included in the list, or is city, state and establishment name sufficient?

List of establishment locations - Include in the name of each photo, what the town the establishment is in; city first, state/province second, the name of the establishment, and your rally number last. Example: Countryside, IL, Sally’s Diner, Rider 803.

A list of poker chips - Include in the name of each photo, what town the establishment is in; city first, state/province second, the name of the establishment, how many points you are claiming, and your rally number last. Example: Countryside, IL, Illinois Harley Davidson, 2 points, Rider 803.

You can combine each list into one list or spreadsheet. At the end of your lists, list, or spreadsheet, indicate the number of points you are claiming.

Word or Excel formats are fine. If you are old school and still use WordPerfect or WordStar, right on and that will work too.

Don't need dates. Don't need the order taken. Don't need alpha order.

Is a Lotus 123 spreadsheet OK, or would you prefer I convert it to a CSV file instead ?
