DOH! "Always check the photo before you leave", I tell myself. "The city and the number must be visible".
It's Cedar. My favorite, so far. Home of Spotted Cow. |

RE: GLMC 2015 Grand Tour Chat
Had a great weekend in Marne, Iowa. Those Boy Scouts cooked a mean breakfast both Saturday and Sunday. I got to see Breeze, Vanessa, Chad, Jean and Haley on Sunday too.
There are about 10 places around Marne which came to have "the best" pork tenderloin sandwhich in Iowa. The "Red Barn" in Exira is my favorite so far. Its a bit of a dive so its a perfect place to stop at. They sandwich is called the Hog and Heffer special, comes with both fries and o-orings. |

Not a qualifying town, but fun just the same.

RE: GLMC 2015 Grand Tour Chat
Finished up the Tour this year with 36 points. I think Dad has 32. I just need to add a couple pictures onto the CD and mail it out tomorrow.
It wasn't a high point year for us, but we managed to get most of them in a couple weekends worth of riding together. I'll trade the quantity for the quality of riding with my Dad and girlfriend. Hopefully she'll be entering on her own next year - she's been riding her 2007 Bonneville quite a bit, and could have easily qualified this year if she had a towel! Not a qualifying city, but I assume the type of sign Mike was hoping to see on the CDs. I laughed for the next half hour after this one.

RE: GLMC 2015 Grand Tour Chat
Grabbed my "Last" photo for the GT last night. It was fitting considering the controversy over Sleddog and Frump's early start joke last spring.
I didn't get a lot of them, but here are some of my favorite photos from this year: |
