RE: 2016 Social & Campout
Naw, Frump will make it... But he may ride in an hour after dark having chased boni all day. So I'll bring some snacks too, just in case. And there not being a Costco on the way, I'll bring some of what I haven't consumed since my last Costco run a week ago. But fear not, I'll leave the now 10 pack of veggie burgers home...

The camper pickup came out of the shop last night at 9, the cream can cooker is coming. We expect to be there Friday eve. Proabably bring the Sherpa,so there is room on the trailer for the can cooker.
See you tonight
Bob

Headin' out in a few minutes, bringing cooler with 20 pounds ice, soft drinks, and turkey, fish, and chicken patties for cooking, etc.. Sidecar's about full which should cut down on delay time spent shopping enroute, so might make it there by suppertime. Will stop to pickup hamburger buns, etc.. though.

Brion will be there in time for the midnight pontoon ride.
I am at the camp site now. All is good but watch out for the loose gravel on the driveway. Kevin is scraping most of it off now but there will be some still there.

Thanks for a great weekend! Made it home fine, looks like the scab on the back tire isn't the cords.

Thank everyone involved with the campout. Good times with friends. Carol, it was fun to spend time with your better half. Tell Skip he needs to show up at more gatherings.

Diane, I took 23 all the way to I-90 & didn't see any carnage (or 'Stich on the side of the road) so , thought you made it home ok.
Dave & Sharon....thank you very much. Be sure to tell Bev & Kevin thanks too.

RE: 2016 Social & Campout
Well that was fun Big Grin

With a decent turnout, we had room and FOOD for allot more!! Hopefully next year we can get an even better turnout!!

My only compliant was I didn't have my GoPro running for the camping coffee discussion between Frump and Sleddog this morning..it was rather entertaining Big Grin

Sorry Jack... Brion wins Smile

It would have even been better had it been undiluted over ice, good morning get me go in the summer Big Grin

Dave and Sharron I think your summer event has gotten a little easier for you!! Thanks for setting that up with Kevin and Bev!!!

That's ok. For a guy that started drinking coffee at age 7 in hopes of becoming a jockey, only to have those dream squashed. It's the least I could do Wink

In case anyone was wondering - I finally won something!!

Thanks for a good time everyone. Hope to catch up on sleep by Tuesday. I wish I hadn't eaten so much Saturday night and that I had been awake more to hang out with Kevin after he got home Saturday evening.

Diana, you left before I could say good bye.

Had a nice ride home, got home a bit after 4. Carol, you were wrong on your weather predication, but barely.
