DakAL Trip Planning
I mentioned at the Banquet that I would be leading another ride on the DakAL. There seems to be quite a bit of interest.

This is where to discuss DakAL Trip Planning.

The Dakota Adventure Loop aka DakAL is about an 800 mile figure 8, North South loop through the Black Hills. From Nebraska to North Dakota's borders.

More information can be seen at their website.

http://www.dakotaadventureloop.com/

Here is a short video

https://vimeo.com/156916746

2018 I will be doing Dakal or Moab, but no big trips for me 2017. I'll be watching spot trackers and waiting for ride reports.

RE: DakAL Trip Planning
If this is another "Big Bike Friendly" ride, I'm in on the the GS. I can get by with a little help from my friends. I would ride there and back.

RE: DakAL Trip Planning
I am very interested. The No camping is a must for me too.

I will be riding a KTM 690.

Will the main ride be leaving from Mitchell?

I would be open to riding down there from the Twin Cities. It looks like one could get there on nearly all dirt roads once you get away from the city. But it might be a boring ride. And it might well take two days to get there.

I also have a pickup and could take two bikes in it.

Thanks for setting this up.

The DakAL is all in the Black Hills area. Most likely we will base out of Hill City

OK thanks. I was confused. I don't know where I got the idea that we would be riding the TSDAT too.

You can put me in your IN list.
