Custom luggage

I seem to remember 10 years ago-ish everyone was using custom tank bags and fuel cell covers but I can't remember who made them. Tank bags by Linda maybe? Seems like she retired or is no longer in business. I want to look at getting a fuel cell cover/rear seat mounting system made but I don't know who does that anymore. I can do all the metal work and plumbing, but I'm lucky to sew a button back on and can't do much fabric work beyond iron on patches and repairing boat cover seams. If there isn't anyone in the motorcycle community that still does these custom tank covers I might just see if the local upholstery/boat cover guys can do it. Any leads or suggestions?
