Classic ADV Bike for Sale

This is a 1992 BMW R100GS, 59,XXX miles and climbing (it is my primary vehicle, I ride it every day).

Less than 1,000 miles ago it had it's 60,000 mile service interval done which included: carb balancing, valve check, oil, paralever lube, new transition bearings, a new fork seal. It has Continental TKC 70 tires front and back with about 5,000 miles. The PO had a low speed conversation with a deer so there is a small dent in the tank, and scuffing on the oil cooler and rear fender. Plus assorted other minor scratches associated with an old ADV bike that is anything but a garage queen. I have taken this bike on two 1,000+ mile trips this summer with no issues or oil consumption. The Ujoint is going to need attention soon and I get a little oil on my left boot when I do extended highway riding. Other than that it is mechanically in excellent condition. Always starts and doesn't leave me stranded.

Why spend a fortune on a new ADV bike that will just decrease in value? If treated well this bike will do everything you want and go up in value.

For travel to Starbucks or Alaska you won't find a more comfortable or unique ride.
