RE: Total Eclipse
Dang, Missed you Frump, I should have followed Shooter and Jayd through I29, but I was out for a nice quiet ride home on back roads. But that was a mistake. Hit rain for two hours until I got back into MN, so that really slowed me down. so here I sit at work now, (like I am supposed to be). The total Eclipse was Awesome, Jayd put us at a Wild Life Management Area, 3 miles on a gravel road. About 10 cars (some of those were probably the same car) pasted us the 2+ hours we were there enjoying. It was quite cloudy when we arrived, but by the time the sun was covered 1/4 it started to clear up. I think we always had high clouds, but they did not bother. By the time The Sun was covered half way we did not see many thicker clouds. It was awesome to see Totality and see the wind die down, however, the crickets keep chirping. We just laid on our backs and enjoyed the darkness and awesomeness of it all.
Thanks Shooter and Halley for the great meal! Texas in 2024!!!!!
