GLMC Fuel Cell Rules

I'm scrambling to get my fuel cell mounted before the Bonzai, as the first one I made is now laying in the pile of broken dreams (scrap heap). Just wanted to make sure these are the only rules I have to abide by (along with common sense).

14. Fuel capacity is limited at 12 gallons maximum for motorcycles and 16 gallons for sidecar rigs.

17. Fuel cells must be D.O.T. approved. Marine fuel cells are not allowed. Fuel cells must be solid mounted, no tarp straps or bunjee cords.

30. All motorcycles participating must be in good working order.

36. Participants must follow all local laws as well as federal laws, and some international laws.

That is the basics, we do need to change the 12 gallons though. It should be 11.5 gallons. Then you won't have any issues with other Rallies. Another good idea is to have the filler neck grounded, catch bottles are nice so you're not spilling gas all over when the tank is full.

I want through the rules, made that fuel cell capacity change, put the rules webpage into the newer page format, added a printable PDF link (so you guys/galls can carry a copy), fixed some numbering issues, fixed some spelling and grammar issues (I'm sure I missed something).
