phone a friend/rally help

It's official....I've been accepted into the Butt Lite 8 rally!!!!

It will start and end in Denver with a check point out West.

I want to start gathering info from people willing to help me along the way whether it be a phone call to keep me awake on day 4 (T-Bone your #1 on the list ) or a place to stay along the way or if I break down. I'm guessing we will be staying West of the Mississippi but what do I know....

Tech tips are always welcome also. I will be adding a fuel cell, aux lights, and a Russel seat to my FJR for sure. I have already added handle bar risers, highway pegs, and lowered my riding pegs.

Lapchik I wish we lived closer so you could help me install all of the goodies.

Perhaps you'd be interested in a rally ready C14? Fuel cell? Check. Aux lights? check. Russel? Check. Handlebar risers? Check. Highway pegs? check. Lowered pegs? Check. Plus so so much more.

It's just a gadget for people with short attention spans. Kawasaki figures its riders are smart enough to maintain speed and concentrate on the road ahead at the same time.
