Grand Tour locations GPX

I have completed all the specific locations for the 2017 Grand Tour if anyone would like a copy. I have a gpx file and a S&T file. PM me or email me and I will send you a copy.

Disclaimer.....I have double checked these locations but I would suggest checking them yourself before heading out. If anyone finds mistakes please let me know and I will update the file thru the summer.

I'm also working on adding all the National Parks.....

I believe the "We are Marshall" is incorrect. Is should be in WV and it show up in VA on your map.

Correct coords: N38° 22.387' W82° 34.791'

I have a KML file with all the 2017 specific locations and subgrouped by state for those with KML compatible navigators or use Google Earth for trip planning. Email me and I'll send a copy.

RedRover was kind enough to pass along the KML of specific locations. If you are not interested in figuring out the State and National Park locations, I have listed them in various forms below. I took them off the USAcampgrounds website (http://www.uscampgrounds.info/takeit.html), so they are actually campsites located within the parks. As a result, many of the parks have multiple locations, but hopefully it works for you. If there is a park out there with no campsite(s) or RV access, it probably didn't make the list.

*My HTML file lists 10 points for National Parks and 99 points for State Parks. Obviously, they are really worth only one (1) point, and even only if they qualify for you.

Be sure you double-check the site before you head out too. I found some, like Arrow Rock State Park/Historic Site (MO) that may not have a sign that actually has the word "Park" in it, even though it's in the state park system.
