Streets and Trips problem
I have a Windows 8 laptop, and Streets and Trips 13. I can't seem to get it installed. I get this "A licensing initialization error has occurred. Please contact customer support for more assistance. Error 0xC004D301" I've tried searching the microsoft website, but nothing has worked yet. And I have sent 4 emails, called three times. Microsoft must hate me because they won't answer, or they send me around and around and around on the phone. Anyone here able to help?
