I agree!! It's visible, but I figured outlining with a sharpie would just make it easier to read.. And I can imagine how much time it already takes just to number all of them!! And then organize and package?? You've already done great!!!

Was the outlining needed?? Nope, but it's my flag and I figured I'd personalize it a little.
