I'm not sure if you can download from one to the other. Photobucket's customer service isn't bad and has answered my questions/issues pretty quickly in the past..

My only issue with Photobucket is that all I really want them for is a photo hosting service. I don't want mugs, blankets, or condoms with my photos on them. I don't want any of their "print" items, and get tired of them trying to push them on me. On the other hand, I'm very accustomed to the service and it works for me.

I tried Smugmug but just didn't like the layout, but as we know, what works for one may not work for others.. My suggestion is that you try Photobucket for free and see if you like the layout and functions. Just remember that if you pay for it, you won't get all the ads.. Just one Photobucket banner ad at the top of the main page.
