Adventure Luggage

I'm building on the CRF, and am wondering what to use for adventure luggage. I have roll top stuff, but I don't think it will work too well. My concern with saddlebags it that if I tip over onto them, it will shread them to pieces. I know I don't have room for tank panniers, but I do want to use a tank bag of some sort.
Any and all luggage I want to be waterproof. I don't want to mess around with rain covers. Any suggestions?

What I want to carry:
Camera equipment, fits in a 6x4x4 bag I already have
Up to 7 days of clothing
Ride pants/rain jacket/heavy gloves (stuff I need but don't always wear)
tent (need to buy one)
sleeping bag (need to buy a better one, mine all pack down WAY too big)
Tools and spare parts (still figuring out that part too)
